Press Red + Yellow, two times, two times, Green + Red, two times, two times, two times, Green + Red, Red + Yellow, Red + Blue. Press Red + Yellow, two times, two times, three times, Red + Blue, Red + Yellow, two times, two times, three times, Red + Blue. You can press Green at the 'Cheats' menu to turn off a particular cheat:
Go to the 'Options' menu, then select 'Cheats', then 'Enter New Cheat'.
